ICAO Europe & North Atlantic office LPR implementation workshop, Rome The workshop was chaired by Karsten Theil, the ICAO EUR/NAT office Regional Director. Its organization had been largely facilitated by the efforts of Eleonora Italia of the ENAC. This workshop, entitled “One to go”, was characterised by the enthusiasm and commitment of the participants, the atmosphere of openness with which the State reports were communicated, the number of exchanges and the leading role that the Italian Air Force had played in pioneering proficiency for testing its controllers.
